About LeaseGo

What does LeaseGo do?

LeaseGo is a fixed term lease agreement designed for companies and customers who are using the equipment predominantly for work related or business use. LeaseGo works because it is quick, easy and makes sense when you think about how often commercial equipment requires updating or replacing.

Who can apply for leasing?

Anyone who is:

  • Over the age of 18;
  • Have a current drivers licence;
  • Australian Citizen or permanent resident;
  • Established and clear credit history;
  • Using the equipment predominantly for work related use (more than 50% of the time).
What do I need to apply?

To apply you will need:

  • Mobile phone;
  • Drivers licence;
  • Your ABN if applying as a business owner.
How do I apply?

While in store, simply let your salesperson know you would like to LeaseGo and they will start the application process. Once your basic details are entered you will be sent an SMS to complete the rest of the application on your own mobile. Once approved the Salesperson will finalize the purchase and the contract will be sent via SMS for signing and a copy emailed to you once digitally signed. You can then leave with the equipment. Easy!

Why do you ask for my internet banking details?

Your internet banking detail will only be requested once you have been approved for your lease. The details are required as your lease expense will be direct debited from your nominated bank account.

When can I get another lease?

LeaseGo customers who qualify will be provided a limit which will be available for additional items and can be arranged simply within 90days. If after this time you are after more equipment, simply reapply for a new Lease Limit. Good previous payment history with will strengthen your application.

Repayments

How do I make repayments?

Your monthly lease expense will be direct debited from your nominated bank account. Should you need to update your account details you can do so by logging in to the customer portal by clicking the “customer portal” button on the LeaseGo home page. Alternatively you can email your account number and the request to change account details to hello@leasego.com.au.

What responsibilities do borrowers have?

It is the clients responsibility to insure their lease items and keep all leased equipment in good working order. Should your leased equipment ever be replaced under a manufacturer warranty or by an insurance claim (by the clients insurer) it important you update LeaseGo with the details of your new asset such as make, model and serial number.

How do I lodge an official complaint?

LeaseGo takes all customer communication very seriously and is committed to dealing with any complaint or dispute in an efficient and effective manner. Complaints are best made in writing by emailing hello@leasego.com.au. If you would prefer to speak with a staff member we invite you to call 1300 463 863 and one of our team members will discuss your issue with you. It is our goal to resolve any concern immediately and if not possible we will; 1. Reconfirm the issue with you to ensure the matter is properly understood and 2. Give you an honest time frame to which we expect we will be able to investigate and respond.
